We have a number of Gated Community Assignments where our security officers are effectively performing their security and facility management duty. The Rose village is the first of them. The Village is located near Bhaktapur area in Kathmandu. The buildings in side village are utilized for residential apartments and community houses. The main responsibilities of the Security Officers include the welcoming and screening of visitors and vehicles, assisting residents in any emergency situation, flood, fire alarm, fire evacuation, etc. They also maintain lists of vacant apartments and direct potential tenants to the management office as well as dealing with maintenance issues. This is a very customer service orientated role with high levels of public interaction. KL Tower is one where our security and facility officers are working 24/7. This mall has a number of shopping places. The main responsibilities of the Security Officers include the patrolling the floors of the Centre, controlling the undercover parking, record keeping of all visitors to the building during off hour, controlling access and egress from the building, assisting with maintenance calls and controlling the arrival.
